AQUENE' "Peace"

 Welcome to the Native American Inter Tribal Council of Western MA. New  web site. You are probably wondering what the Native American Inter Tribal Council is about.? In March of 2003 a group of people came together in a living room to form what is now the Native American Inter Tribal Council of Western MA. The small grass roots group wanted to

The Native American Inter Tribal Council is proud of the fact that we have had a Native American flag raising in honer of all Native Americans, for the first time in the city of Springfield History. It has now become an annual event. The Native American Inter Tribal Council of Western MA works with the Springfield, MA schools to speak with the youths about Native American awareness.
The First Harvest Gathering  has also become an annual event, thanks to the generosity of the local Amherst area farmers and the Native American community. We are looking forward to you visiting the web site  from time to time. We will try are best to keep you informed as to what is happening with Council through words our photographs.
